Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced proven Healthcare Sales Professional to expand our reach within New York’s mental health community. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with psychiatry clinics and practitioners to introduce patients to our Ketamine Infusion Therapy treatment . What You’ll Do:

  • Establish and grow referral partnerships with psychiatrists, therapists, and mental health clinics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, ensuring they understand available treatment programs.
  • Develop territory plans, prospect new accounts, and drive consistent patient referrals.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for providers and patients.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to guide strategy and optimize territory performance.

Ideal Background:

  • 7+ years of successful medical device, pharmaceutical, or specialty healthcare sales experience — preferably in neurology, psychiatry, infusion therapy, pain management, or behavioral health.
  • Well-established relationships with mental health professionals in the New York market.
  • Strong track record of surpassing quotas and building sustainable referral networks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently while driving measurable growth.
