Schedule: Full-time, Night Shift, 10hr or 12hr shift options, block schedule
Pay: Pay based on license and years of experience, plus full benefits package; $5,000 sign-on bonus available!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Medical Technologist or MLT duties to include, but not limited to:
- Demonstrates technical expertise necessary for accurate and reliable performance of testing in all applicable (chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, serology, blood banking and limited microbiology/molecular) areas of the laboratory
- Performs patient, quality control, proficiency, quality assurance testing and required documentation processes timely and accurately
- Acquires and updates knowledge pertinent to policies, specimen collection, test procedures, and instrumentation
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- ASCP certification required – will accept either Medical Lab Scientist / Medical Technologist or MLT
- Blood bank experience preferred
