Job Description
Position: Member Service Representative Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)
Pay Range: $44,000 – $49,500/year
Type: Full-Time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Day Shift – Must be available for 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional weekends and holidays
Greene Resources is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Member Service Representatives to join our client’s growing team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting member engagement, resolving inquiries, and promoting financial products with a world-class level of service. You’ll represent the brand across multiple communication platforms and help foster lasting relationships with members and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to member and prospect inquiries via phone, email, web chat, text, video, and social media.
Guide members through eligibility requirements and support account opening processes.
Resolve concerns and complaints by collaborating with internal teams and escalating when necessary.
Recommend and cross-sell appropriate products and services based on member needs.
Support online banking access and troubleshoot technical issues related to browsers or devices.
Maintain compliance and accuracy while meeting service-level goals.
Proactively contribute to continuous improvement in processes and member experience.
Stay current with internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years of customer service experience required; call center or online banking experience is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
Basic understanding of financial services and digital banking platforms
Proficient in standard office equipment and systems (PC, copier, phone, etc.)
Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and travel occasionally as required
