Quail Creek Sporting Ranch, a world-class private membership ranch spanning 4,000 pristine acres in Okeechobee, Florida, is hiring a full-time  Member Services Coordinator . This is more than a concierge position — it’s a chance to shape the member experience at one of the nation’s most exclusive outdoor sporting clubs.

Whether assisting with upland hunts, coordinating spa treatments, or planning curated itineraries that span private dining to precision shooting events, your role is at the heart of delivering personalized, five-star hospitality to discerning members and their guests.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary liaison and concierge for private club members, anticipating and fulfilling needs with precision and discretion.
• Build meaningful relationships with members to tailor their experiences around their preferences and lifestyle.
• Coordinate accommodations, dining, hunting, fishing, shooting, and specialty amenities across departments.
• Handle special requests (e.g., private travel, off-site recommendations, VIP arrangements) with professionalism.
• Support the execution of member events, family gatherings, and corporate retreats with white-glove oversight.
• Manage CRM data, member communications, surveys, and experience feedback loops to drive satisfaction and retention.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years in luxury hospitality, private clubs, resorts, or high-end guest service environments.
• Superior communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Unshakeable discretion, grace under pressure, and the ability to handle high-profile clientele with ease.
• Highly organized and flexible with availability for some nights, weekends, and in-season peaks.
• Familiarity with hospitality software (CRM, booking tools, itinerary planning systems) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000–$55,000 , commensurate with experience.
