📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on antitrust implications of mergers and acquisitions, including clearance and compliance

• Assist with Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings and analysis of competitive overlap

• Support clients in government investigations before the FTC and DOJ

• Draft and review legal memoranda, filings, and internal communications

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation and enforcement matters

• Coordinate with cross-office and co-counsel teams on multi-jurisdictional matters

✅ Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of focused experience in antitrust/competition law

• Strong familiarity with merger clearance, HSR processes, or agency investigations

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Admitted to the Bar in D.C. or Illinois, or eligible for admission

• Exceptional legal writing and analytical abilities

• Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
