Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and manage pleadings, motions, and briefs for complex commercial litigation matters.
• Oversee fact development, e-discovery, and trial preparation.
• Strategically address sophisticated legal and logistical issues.
• Participate in client meetings, depositions, and trial proceedings.
• Handle business torts, real estate litigation, and shareholder disputes as assigned.

Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active California Bar membership.
• Background in business litigation, real estate litigation, and/or shareholder disputes preferred.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Strong oral advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.
• Professionalism, maturity, and the ability to manage a high-stakes caseload.
