Job Description
As a Load Balancing Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable and redundant load balancing solutions for applications, websites, and services. You’ll manage and troubleshoot load balancers (including F5 BIG-IP and Citrix NetScaler), optimize traffic flow, and collaborate with network security teams to ensure compliance and best practices. You’ll also handle migrations between load balancing platforms, resolve performance issues, and support network hardware and protocols. This position will begin with 3-4 days onsite per week in Philadelphia (19104) and then become hybrid/remote once you've completed orientation, learned the system, and met stakeholders.
