About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and driven Healthcare Analyst to join our investment team, focusing on the non-therapeutics sector. This includes areas such as MedTech, Life Science Tools, Diagnostics, Healthcare Services, and Digital Health . The role offers flexibility to specialize in a single subsector or operate as a generalist across the broader non-therapeutics space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive research and financial analysis on companies within the non-therapeutics healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and perform valuation analysis.
• Track industry trends and identify compelling investment opportunities.
• Present investment theses and insights to the broader investment team.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers and other analysts.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of buy-side equity research experience , with a focus on healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of non-therapeutics sectors such as MedTech, Tools, Diagnostics, and related fields.
• Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in a healthcare-related discipline is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment.

Location: This position can be based in either San Francisco or New York .
