Maternal Resources | New Jersey - Bergen County/Hudson County

Maternal Resources is a collaborative obstetrics practice known for delivering modern, evidence-based care with exceptional clinical outcomes. Our integrated team includes board-certified OB/GYNs, midwives and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists who care for both routine and high-risk pregnancies. We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our collaborative, high-performing clinical team.

This role is ideal for a CNM who enjoys teamwork and individualized patient care within a practice that consistently achieves high vaginal birth, VBAC success rates, normal breech and twin deliveries.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time position with hospital call and in-person office care
• Deliveries at Hackensack University Medical Center
• Close collaboration with OB/GYN and MFM physicians
• Exposure to complex obstetrics with strong physician backup
• Practice culture focused on safety, clinical judgment, and shared decision-making
• New graduates with strong training and maturity encouraged to apply

Compensation/Benefits Highlights:

• Highly competitive compensation starting at $150,000 , with no cap based on experience and schedule

Requirements:

• AMCB Certified Nurse‐Midwife 
• Graduate of a nurse‐midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
• Active and unrestricted NJ state registered nurse (RN) license
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
