Job Description

• 24-hour in-house shifts that allow for continuity of care and better work-life balance
• Supportive, well-staffed model with:
• Certified Nurse Midwives
• OB Hospitalists
• 24/7 In-house Anesthesiology
• Dedicated Pediatrics/Neonatology support
• Robust back-up call system for emergencies
• Remote fetal monitoring allows for enhanced safety and flexibility
• Access to surgical backup and subspecialty care
• Opportunities to teach, mentor, or engage in quality improvement initiatives, if desired

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Strong interest in hospital-based care and a team-first mindset

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid Maryland medical license, or eligibility to obtain.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care, with excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
• Experience working with midwives a plus

• Compensation: $150/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Annual Production Bonus: Up to $20,000 based on departmental goals and quality metrics
