Our client is an exciting Talent Agency who's currently looking to hire a hands-on Office Manager . This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture. This is a brand new role!! We need an entrepreneurial individual who enjoys autonomy in the workplace, is a self-starter, and is happy to be hands on at all levels.

Office Manager (Beverly Hills - On Site):

• Must be bi-lingual (Spanish)
• Must be on site 5x a week
• Must be able to work on off-hour requests as needed
• Must have experience operating as a high level Executive Admin, Office Manager, etc, handling a wide variety of requests in a very fast paced, professional, environment
• Will be hands on in a variety of areas such as operations, administrative tasks, interfacing directly with the talent, and more
• Salary is likely $90k-$110k on the base + bonus, benefits and PTO
