Job Description

Opening with our technology product client for a Order Fulfillment Associate.

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately process and fulfill customer orders
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Use inventory and accounting software to track orders and stock levels
• Coordinate shipping and logistics to meet delivery timelines
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy
• Assist with general warehouse or clerical tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma
• 0 to 2 years of related experience in in order fulfillment or inventory management preferred
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience using inventory or accounting software is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
