Job Description
Opening with our technology product client for a Order Fulfillment Associate.
As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately process and fulfill customer orders
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Use inventory and accounting software to track orders and stock levels
- Coordinate shipping and logistics to meet delivery timelines
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy
- Assist with general warehouse or clerical tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- 0 to 2 years of related experience in in order fulfillment or inventory management preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience using inventory or accounting software is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
