Job Description

SUMMARY
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing all tasks related to fulfilling orders. Receives inventory items and ships products as required. Performs Quality Control on all products before shipment in order to maintain Ikonix USA’s reputation for outstanding quality and attention to detail.  This role pays $17 - $21/hour based on relevant experience.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations
  • 1-2 years of fork-lift experience
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time
  • Pulls inventory and assembles contents to fill orders
  • Unloads incoming materials and stocks in warehouse
  • Performs final quality control checks including visual inspection of contents, adheres to checklists and verifies invoice accuracy
  • Prints, packs, seals and affixes labels to all outgoing products, and records shipment data for reporting and record keeping purposes
  • Makes arrangements for shipping and delivery
MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Identify possibilities for improvement
  • Adhere to ISO processes and work instructions
  • Other duties as assigned

     
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, hear, reach above shoulder, climb, balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, read, use foot/feet to operate machine and requires use of hands
  • The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
  • The employee is frequently required to lift more than 100 pounds
  • This position will require the use or operation of special equipment such as a forklift and a pallet jack
  • Material carried from finished goods shelf to processing area, about waist height
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • This position may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, fumes or airborne particles
  • This position does not require occasional brief exposure to outside weather conditions
  • The job duties are not performed near moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, explosives, radiation or vibrations
  • This job will not be exposed to electrical shock hazards
  • This position does not require work or job related travel
  • This position works in a loud noise environment
  • This position does require protective clothing or equipment; safety glasses, gloves, utility knife
