Outside Sales / Project Consultant — Florida Panhandle
We’re a small, locally owned foundation repair company that’s growing fast — and we’re looking for someone to grow with us.
We need an Outside Sales / Project Consultant to meet with homeowners, figure out what’s going on under their homes, and recommend the right repair solutions.
This is a full-time role, 100% commission with solid earning potential and bonus opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
Visiting homes, checking out foundations, crawlspaces, slabs, and basements
Explaining problems to homeowners in a way that makes sense, not scare tactics
Writing up clear, honest proposals, including why it matters to fix things
Following up with leads until they’re either ready to go or fully worked through
Managing your own schedule — some evenings or Saturdays may come up
Staying sharp with training and team meetings
What we’re looking for:
3+ years experience in construction, home services, or similar
Sales experience helps, but we’re really looking for a strong closer who’s good with people
Someone who’s self-motivated, coachable, and professional
Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable crawling into tight spaces
What we offer:
Uncapped commission plus bonuses; realistic $85,000 to $150,000 per year
