We are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join their Mt. Laurel, NJ team full-time .

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cases for trial: organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, and assist in client meetings.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, interrogatories, subpoenas, complaints, and affidavits.
• Prepare Case Information Statements and child support guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
• Manage attorneys’ calendars and schedule court appearances and meetings.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of family law experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CIS software, Microsoft Office 365/Teams, and SharePoint.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus , but not required.

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
