Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to assist with payroll processing and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to grow in HR, accounting, or payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist with processing biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• 
  Enter and verify employee timesheets, hours, and pay adjustments.
• 
  Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information in the HR/payroll system.
• 
  Help process new hires, terminations, and changes in pay or benefits.
• 
  Respond to employee questions about pay, deductions, and timekeeping.
• 
  Support the payroll team with audits, reports, and filing as needed.
• 
  Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent; some college or payroll coursework preferred.
• 
  Basic understanding of payroll, timekeeping, or accounting principles.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning payroll systems.
• 
  Excellent communication and confidentiality skills.
  

Preferred:

• 
  Experience with ADP, Paycom, or similar payroll software.
• 
  1+ year of administrative or payroll-related experience.
