Position : Pharmacy Technician - Hybrid

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will contact patients and caregivers to schedule deliveries, determine supply needs, and accurately manage orders through our system. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and care to our patients.

What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.
• Schedule deliveries and confirm order details.
• Process patient benefits and payments, referring to clinical staff as needed.
• Enter and update patient orders and track shipping details.
• Answer patient questions on how to administer and use therapies prescribed
• Collaborate with intake teams and physician offices.
• Monitor patient compliance and evaluate any adverse reactions.
• Ensure timely processing of orders in line with commitments.

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Illinois Pharmacy Technician License & National Technician Certification.
• 1+ year of experience in pharmacy or healthcare customer service (Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent customer service skills.
