About the Role:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in private equity, with a focus on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities. Interns will work closely with the investment team to build pipeline, engage with corporate development professionals, founders, and industry executives, and support the development of sector theses and market research. Responsibilities also include managing the firm’s CRM system and assisting in the preparation of investment committee materials. This role is ideal for highly motivated students seeking meaningful exposure to private equity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities
• Proactively engage with corporate development teams and industry executives across sectors to uncover investment opportunities
• Maintain and manage the firm’s CRM, including pipeline tracking and data updates
• Support sector research, market mapping, and investment thesis development
• Assist in preparing investment committee materials and internal reports
• Coordinate conferences and meetings with key industry contacts

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student (rising junior or senior) at reputable institution, preferably with a focus in economics, business, or finance, and a strong academic track record
• Personable and articulate, with strong analytical thinking, polished writing skills, and exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Demonstrated interest in private equity and investment banking through coursework, extracurriculars, or prior experience
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint 
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields strongly preferred
