Job Responsibilities

• Procure construction materials (e.g., rough material, lumber, finish materials) according to project timelines and schedules.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to establish and maintain stable supply relationships.
• Track purchase orders and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery to job sites.
• Manage procurement-related documentation, invoices, and payment coordination to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to resolve material supply issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction materials and current market trends.
• Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with procurement or ERP systems is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred for effective communication with diverse teams and vendors.

Location

Bay Area. Occasional visits to construction sites required to support project needs.
