What You'll Be Doing: - Develop production schedules for the plant.
- Open and close manufacturing orders.
- Backup Production Manager as needed.
- Efficiently assign schedules to minimize costs
- Identify and report plant capacity constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
About You - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
