Project Manager – Commercial Construction 110k-`130k Base Salary

Location: Forestville, MD

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 base salary

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from planning to completion. You’ll liaise with clients, trade professionals, and internal teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, safety, and quality targets. Your primary focus will be on building envelope and surface protection/restoration initiatives in the greater DC area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for commercial construction and restoration projects (e.g., waterproofing, coatings, façade work, structural repairs)
• Manage project documentation: scope, budgets, schedules, correspondence, and change orders
• Coordinate with subcontractors, materials vendors, inspection agencies, and client representatives
• Perform on-site supervision, quality control, safety adherence, and troubleshooting
• Maintain project cost control and schedule tracking; proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Facilitate regular client and internal progress meetings; report on milestones and financials
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction settings
• Prior exposure to building envelope systems, coatings, restoration, or structural strengthening is highly preferred
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in dynamic environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
