Job Description

-Looking for a project manager with 5 + years' experience .

Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments across multiple business units. Manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and/or organizationally aligned as direct reports. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution.

Responsibilities include:

•Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses

•Obtain and align resources to key project roles, establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities, oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation

•Risk Management and Mitigation Planning :Readiness / Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management

•Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied

•Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project

•Acts as a Program Manager if required on an interim basis

•Ability to represent senior project stakeholders where required

• Agile tools (Jira)

• Microsoft Office-especially excel for pivot tables, Power Point

• SharePoint

• tableau

Desired Qualifications

•Experience working on agile project, previous project management experience with a focus on governance in the financial industry.

•Program/Project Management Certification if any

Compensation :

$60/hr to $65/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
