Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Total Construction, you will play a central role in leading and delivering projects successfully. Responsibilities include:

• Managing all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Providing onsite supervision to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Preparing and reviewing estimates, budgets, and takeoffs.
• Coordinating and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conducting regular project check-ins, site walks, and reporting progress to company leadership.
• Overseeing project documentation, schedules, and cost controls.
• Supporting overall company operations by taking on varied responsibilities across the business.

What We’re Looking For

• A motivated and adaptable professional eager to take initiative and lead.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role: balancing in-office coordination, on-site supervision, and travel to various project locations.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Previous construction or project management experience preferred.
