Job Description

Our client is one of the leading commercial furniture suppliers in Texas - representing global suppliers and landmark projects. We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead commercial furniture projects from planning to final delivery. You’ll ensure every detail is handled with precision—on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and support
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, logistics, and installation
  • Ensure all permits are secured and jobsites are ready and compliant
  • Prepare detailed installation packets for on-site teams
  • Monitor quality standards and conduct site inspections
  • Track progress, manage risks, and report on key project milestones

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in commercial interiors or furniture
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable with project management tools and MS Office
  • PMP certification is a plus
