Now hiring a Multi-Site Property Manager in Central New Jersey! We are seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to oversee two residential communities totaling nearly 400 units. What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of operations for two residential communities
• Lead, coach, and develop site teams to meet performance and service standards
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, rent collection, and capital projects
• Drive occupancy, retention, and renewal strategies to maximize NOI
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, especially under NJ landlord-tenant laws
• Foster a positive resident experience while creating a culture of excellence

What You Bring:

• Proven success managing large or multi-site residential communities (ideally 300+ units)
• 5+ years of property management experience or equivalent combination of education/training
• Strong leadership and team development skills across leasing, maintenance, and admin teams
• Deep knowledge of NJ property law and compliance
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience; certifications (ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, RMP) are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
