**Property Manager** Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Property Manager to oversee a residential community including LIHTC, HOME, and PB Section 8 properties. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, property inspections, compliance with HUD regulations, and financial oversight, while leading a dedicated on-site team and ensuring the property remains in top condition.
