This Opportunity

FPA is currently searching for a full-time Proposal Support Administrator at our Headquarters in Wall Township, NJ supporting our fast-paced and collaborative team. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist with creating marketing materials, coordinating proposal responses, and helping maintain our CRM and marketing libraries. You’ll gain exposure to industry-leading projects and professionals across engineering disciplines. Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in compiling, editing, and formatting proposals and qualification packages.
  • Help maintain project data, resumes, and marketing collateral.
  • Support the team in scheduling, document tracking, and deadline management.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to collect content and images.
  • Learn about RFP/RFQ requirements and public procurement processes.
  • Help prepare for interviews, presentations, and client outreach.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administration (AEC experience a plus).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this is position is $52,000 to $70,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
