Ortho West —formerly Carrollton Orthopaedics— is seeking a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in our outpatient rehab clinic. We pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered care while fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Position Summary:

Provide high-quality, individualized therapy through evaluation, treatment planning, hands-on care, patient and family education, and a guided home exercise program—supporting patients in reaching their functional goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each patient
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery techniques
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Foster a positive patient experience with compassion and professionalism

What You Bring:

• Current GA Physical Therapy license (or eligible within 6 months)
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively
• Passion for quality care and ongoing learning
