Position: PRN Licensed Physical Therapist

Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using best practices and cutting-edge techniques.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and other therapy staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and recovery strategies.
• Use electronic medical records to streamline care and improve outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
• Current or pending Physical Therapy license in Indiana.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Passion for providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
