Job Description

Position: Quality Control Editor

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: Experience working in a GxP and ISO environment is preferred.

Education: Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Type: Full & Part-time; Contract

Schedule: Day Shift

Greene Resources is seeking a Quality Control Editor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

  • Verify that study records and data packages are complete and comply with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform formal document reviews, including data, reports, instrument performance verifications, and related materials.
  • Adhere to established project timelines.
  • Provide weekly task updates in the internal database.
  • Maintain open communication with technical and administrative staff, including the team manager.
  • Review standard operating procedures (SOPs), worksheets, methods, and other technical documents.
  • Edit reports and prepare documentation as needed.
  • Conduct periodic facility and laboratory inspections.
  • Prepare study records for archiving when required.
  • Maintain or assist with the calibration schedule for weights, balances, pipettes, and other equipment as necessary.

Position Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to obtain required security clearances as dictated by contract requirements.
