Be the intermediary between sellers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and honest exchange of information to achieve a beneficial understanding
Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to provide appropriate suggestions
Build valuable and trustworthy relationships within the local community and become the go-to person for all things real estate
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
