Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Investment Analyst

Location: Downtown Los Angeles

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Bonus

About the Firm

We are a focused real estate investment group actively acquiring and managing a growing portfolio of Multifamily, Hospitality, and NNN Retail assets. Operating with an institutional mindset and entrepreneurial speed, we execute complex transactions with a small, agile team and a clear goal: generate market-beating, risk-adjusted returns.

The Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Investment Analyst to join our lean team and work directly with the CEO and VP across all aspects of the investment lifecycle—from sourcing and underwriting to closing and ongoing asset management. This is not a siloed role; you will gain exposure to real deals, senior leadership, and strategy from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Underwriting & Analysis

  • Build detailed financial models for acquisitions and dispositions across Multifamily, Hotels, and NNN assets.
  • Conduct rent comps, market research, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Create investment memos and support presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Due Diligence & Execution Support

  • Help coordinate due diligence efforts: data rooms, third-party reports, lease audits, and financial reviews.
  • Interface with brokers, lenders, consultants, and legal during transaction processes.

Asset Management Assistance

  • Track property performance and support monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Analyze variance reports, capex budgets, and revenue trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in portfolio benchmarking and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or a related financial role.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling (RE-specific modeling preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and executes reliably.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • Yardi experience needed

Why Join Us

  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and real transactions.
  • Opportunity to work across multiple property types and stages of the investment lifecycle.
  • High-growth environment with strong learning and career development potential.
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based bonus.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
