Job Description

We've partnered with a well-established car dealership in Calabasas to recruit a professional and customer-focused Receptionist . This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment at the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming calls

• Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in inquiries

• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and waiting area

• Provide administrative support to sales and service teams as needed

Requirements:

• Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
