What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead every part of the search—from kickoff to signed offer. That includes:
· Running client kickoff meetings to define success and align expectations
· Strategically sourcing talent (we don’t wait for résumés to roll in)
· Interviewing and evaluating candidates using our behavioral science tools (we’ll train you)
· Leading weekly calls with clients to update on progress and provide market feedback.
· Managing timelines, guiding decisions, and keeping things moving
· Facilitating final interviews with candidates and clients
· Being a trusted voice when leaders need clarity

Experience Required:
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 1-year experience working in a human resource department with exposure to the hiring process. Solid experience in reviewing resumes and participating in interviews is a must.
Education Required:
· High School Diploma required
· Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field a plus
· Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification a plus
· DISC certification a plus
The Compensation details:
This is a full-time, salaried role with a base range of $50,000–$60,000, determined by your experience and proven ability. With project bonuses, total earnings can reach $80,000+.
