Recruitment Consultant

Tenure: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Southaven, MS

Hours: Mon-Fri, 10am-6:30pm (with flexibility to work on weekends)

Compensation: Start at $35,000/Yr

Reports to: Director of Recruitment

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for professional and white-collar roles across a variety of sectors. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in corporate recruitment or agency staffing who thrives on building client relationships, filling high-impact roles, and driving talent acquisition strategies. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future workforce by identifying top talent and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences. Your efforts will directly impact on the company’s growth strategy and contribute to building a thriving organizational culture.

This Position also includes and not limited to visiting the Client office once to thrice a week and subject to change as per client needs for the onsite visits /performing Onsite Supervisor Duties which includes and not limited to serve as the main point of contact between Arrow Workforce and the client, ensuring smooth daily operations and workforce performance. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing employees, maintaining client relationships, and supporting a safe, productive work environment. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet business requirements.

What you need to be successful

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or agency environments focused on white-collar positions
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across administrative, professional, and mid-management roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills
  • Proficient with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred

What you will be doing day to day

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for white-collar positions including roles in administration, finance, HR, customer service, marketing, and operations
  • Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand organizational needs, develop job descriptions, and align talent strategies
  • Source and engage top-tier talent through ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and targeted networking
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through effective communication, transparency, and timely updates
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and screen candidates for skills, culture fit, and long-term potential
  • Track key recruitment metrics and leverage data to improve hiring processes
  • Collaborate with internal account managers to grow client partnerships and identify staffing opportunities
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing innovations
  • This role includes 1–3 weekly onsite visits to the client location (subject to change as per client needs), with the following responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact between Arrow Workforce and the client.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure workforce performance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to meet business needs.
