Job Description
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, gentle, and enthusiastic about patient education and preventative care. You’ll work side-by-side with our dentists to deliver top-quality hygiene care and help patients achieve their healthiest smiles.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
- Conduct oral health assessments and charting
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
- Take and process digital x-rays as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained
- Partner with the dental team to deliver a seamless, positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of WI
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient comfort and quality care
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
