Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily clinical operations within an ambulatory surgery center
• Coordinate patient flow, staffing assignments, and unit workflow
• Provide direct patient care as needed and support perioperative nursing activities
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff and surgical teams
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Support staff development, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and promote efficient use of resources

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Recent acute care, perioperative, surgical, or ASC nursing experience
• Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Ability to work full-time day shifts in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire): Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years direct patient care nursing experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
