We’re growing (the good kind of growth), and we’re hiring a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our dedicated and compassionate team in the Berkley residential area of MA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes — wound care, catheter management, med management, diabetic care, and more.
• Perform thorough assessments and build personalized care plans that actually work for the patient (not just the chart).
• Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity — no medical jargon overload.
• Document efficiently using a user-friendly EMR (because you have better things to do than fight with software).
• Handle visits that range from routine wellness checks to complex case management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Solid communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Confidence to work independently — but collaboration is in your wheelhouse too
• EMR experience preferred (our system won’t make you cry)
• Prior home health or similar experience required
