Role Description This position is for a full-time Litigation Attorney. Experience in Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant, and Habitability lawsuits is a plus. The position can be in either Northern or Southern California. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions. Work from home anywhere in CA or in one of our offices is acceptable. Competitive salary and full benefits.
