Remote Credit Investment Operations Manager - Private Credit
Our team is working with a leading private credit fund looking to hire a Remote Investment Operations Manager to their growing team. The Investment Operations Manager will be responsible for trade & settlement processing, corporate actions, monthly & quarterly workflows, & mentoring a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end operational processes for credit investment transactions, including trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation.
Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, credit analysts, legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal flow and accurate reporting.
Oversee the monitoring of credit portfolios, including covenant tracking, risk exposure analysis, and performance metrics.
Develop and implement operational controls and best practices to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
Coordinate due diligence and documentation processes for new investments and portfolio monitoring.
Maintain strong relationships with external counterparties, custodians, trustees, and other service providers.
Support the preparation of internal and external reports, audits, and regulatory filings.
Lead and mentor junior operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Drive automation and technology initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
5+ years of experience in credit investment operations, middle office, or similar roles within private equity, credit funds, or asset management firms.
Strong understanding of credit instruments, loan structures, and investment lifecycle management.
Proficiency with investment management systems, portfolio management software, and Microsoft Excel.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
