RETIREMENT PLAN CONSULTANT CAN PAY UP TO $175,000 SALARY+BONUS+TERRIFIC BENEFITS IF YOU HAVE ANY BONAFIDE RELATIONSHIPS/clients the pay could go as high as $225,000-$240,000 My client, located in Monmouth County New Jersey. In order to be considered you must LIVE in Central NJ within a 30-minute drive to Tinton Falls, exit 105 of the GSP DURING RUSH HOUR since the hours are 8:30am-5pm 5 days a week. You must be a US Citizen. No relocation will be considered unless you are moving back home or already have plans to move to Monmouth County not waiting for a job offer to move. YOU MUST HAVE CURRENT OR REAL RECENT EXP. BEING A RETIREMENT PLAN SPECIALIST THAT IS CLEARLY LISTED ON YOUR RESUME DUTIES: maintaining and growing relationship with retirement plan sponsors. Provide strategic guidance on retirement plans and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. The relationship manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high quality service and solutions tailored to the client’s retirement plan needs. Required to conduct regularly plan reviews and meetings to assess plan performance and address client needs. Plan oversight to ensure compliance with ERISA and DOL in addition to other regulatory requirements. Assist clients with plan audits, non-discrimination testing and understanding fiduciary responsibilities and best practices. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic guidance. Designations that are a BIG+...AIF, CRPS, CPFA, CFP Any referral is greatly appreciated.
