We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑facing Returns Specialist to join our team and help keep our operations and customer relationships running smoothly.
What You’ll DoYou’ll split your time between two key areas:
· Returns Processing (about 70%)
· Handle communications with customers and vendors to coordinate product returns.
· Physically process returns: receiving, inspecting, restocking, and processing.
· Track and document return authorizations, credits, and exchanges.
· Ensure accurate reconciliation between warehouse/logistics and accounting.
· Provide monthly reporting around returns analytics.
· Other Support Role Tasks (about 30%)
· With direction from Purchasing facilitate stock rotations with suppliers.
· Act as a liaison with the Warehouse when incorrect or damaged products are shipped by vendors.
· Freight discrepancies reporting from vendors.
· Support other operational or administrative tasks as needed.
· Participate in process-improvement discussions-your insights matter here.

Who You Are· Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and/or returns processing.
· Excellent communication skills — diplomatic and professional in challenging situations.
· Strong attention to detail and follow-through — you own tasks through completion.
· Self‑starter who works independently and prioritizes effectively.
· Experience with professional audio/video equipment or the AVL industry strongly preferred.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
