Job Description

The Nurse independently provides routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects and managing long-term goals.

• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and educates patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care.
• Delegates tasks to care team members to effectively manage clinical situations.
• Meets competency standards, maintains certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), and completes orientation and annual training.
• Preferred candidates have 1+ years of relevant experience, a BSN preferred, and valid RN license. This is a per diem position.
