Roofing Service Sales Representative — Build Long-Term Relationships, Not One-Off Roofs

Most roofing sales jobs are about chasing storms and luck.

At Salient Roofing Group , we’re growing a dedicated Service & Maintenance Division — focused on roof repairs, preventive maintenance, and ongoing client relationships that stand the test of time. No storm gimmicks. No empty promises. Just honest work, strong systems, and a team that delivers.

We’re looking for a Roofing Service Sales Representative who knows how to create opportunities, build trust, and close deals that lead to repeat business. If you’re ready to sell something that delivers real value — this is your chance.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in roof service, repair, and maintenance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, and general contractors.
  • Conduct roof inspections, document conditions, and prepare professional proposals and estimates.
  • Present and sell service agreements and maintenance programs tailored to each client.
  • Partner with the Service & Maintenance Manager to ensure projects are completed to standard and on schedule.
  • Follow up post-project to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat work.
  • Maintain records, quotes, and communications in CRM/job management software.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in roofing, construction, or service sales (commercial experience preferred).
  • Skilled communicator who builds trust and delivers professional presentations.

  • Familiar with CRM systems and basic estimating or proposal software.
  • Ready to take ownership and grow with a team that rewards initiative.
