Job Description

Networks Connect Professional Staffing is conducting a search on behalf of our client, a respected and rapidly growing manufacturer representative and distributor in the commercial and industrial HVAC industry. This opportunity is ideal for a driven, technically savvy sales professional with experience in HVAC systems and a passion for building strong client relationships across the facility maintenance and mechanical systems landscape.

The successful candidate will focus on our client’s boiler department , playing a key role in driving revenue growth through new business development and deepening relationships with engineers, contractors, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell commercial and industrial boiler systems , including new equipment, aftermarket parts, service contracts, and rental solutions .
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as engineers, contractors, facility managers, and building owners.
  • Identify project needs and provide clients with tailored boiler equipment recommendations and technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing packages, and competitive bids in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and manufacturer partners to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Field technical inquiries and offer expert guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Manage a regional sales territory and conduct local site visits to support customers and develop business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry associations, technical meetings, and networking events .
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and gross profit goals.

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in technical sales or related mechanical/industrial systems.
  • Strong technical understanding of boiler systems , including applications in commercial and industrial settings is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close complex technical sales.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools for proposal generation and CRM tracking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for local travel within the territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred, but equivalent industry experience will be considered.
