Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to support the growth of Cariloha product sales across Furniture, Mattress, Department, Appliance, Apparel, and other retail establishments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Relationship Management:
    Proactively contact retail partners to ensure they have the tools, inventory, and support needed to succeed. Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day needs and inquiries.
  • Order Placement Support:
    Assist retailers with placing orders through Cariloha’s MAS and B2B platforms. Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Retail Training & Sales Enablement:
    Conduct in-store visits to train Retail Sales Associates on the Cariloha sales process, with a focus on upselling bedding essentials to increase average ticket size.
  • Sales Analysis & Strategy:
    Review retailer performance data and develop actionable strategies to help partners grow their Cariloha business. Provide insights and recommendations based on trends and opportunities.
  • Trade Show Participation:
    Represent Cariloha at industry trade shows, engaging with prospective retail partners and supporting the sales team in closing new accounts.
  • Marketing & Social Media Engagement:
    Support marketing initiatives by creating and sharing content across social media platforms to promote Cariloha products and retail partnerships. Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify campaigns and drive brand awareness in the retail space.
  • Administrative Agility:
    Be open and adaptable to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the broader sales team and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident, professional, and personable.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate retailer needs and act proactively.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Industry experience in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods is required.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits and trade shows up to 50%.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills.

Compensation and Perks:

  • Salary range = $45,000 - $60,000, dependent on experience.
