Maven Royalty Management specializes in acquiring mineral and royalty interests in unconventional resource plays throughout the United States. MRM manages a family of funds structured to make direct investments on behalf of its investors. The company is a Registered Investment Advisor that oversees hundreds of millions in capital and assets.

We are a small, but growing, team that prides ourselves in doing excellent work and making intelligent investment decisions to create superb returns for our investors. We are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator / Database Manager to our team to oversee the accuracy, organization, and flow of lead and pricing data within our CRM platform as well as collect and transform data in a SQL environment to provide actionable insights for decision-making. This position plays a central role in ensuring the quality and reliability of information on multiple fronts, which drives acquisitions, underwriting, and investor reporting.

The ideal candidate is currently working with business intelligence software, CRM systems, and/or databases in the oil and gas industry and desires to live in the Shreveport-Bossier City area of Louisiana. They work well under pressure and can clearly communicate across departments. They are organized, dependable, detail oriented, and always follow a project through to completion. They are looking to join a small company and don’t mind wearing a few different hats from time to time.

Relevant skills, knowledge, and experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 3 to 5 years of Salesforce or CRM data operations experience, preferably in private equity, royalties, or energy.

· 3 to 5 years of SQL database and data science experience.

· Strong proficiency with Salesforce platform, Salesforce Data Loader, Excel, and data reconciliation tools.

· Proficiency with python scripting and automation.

· Demonstrated track record of maintaining high data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

· Salesforce Administrator certification a plus.

· Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

· Manage all inbound data from aggregation and formatting to final upload into Salesforce.

· Ensure accuracy of attributes and associated pricing before activation.

· Maintain data integrity across custom Salesforce objects.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate assumptions and reconcile discrepancies.

· Run Salesforce Data Loader imports and replacements and maintain the quality control processes.

· Document and refine procedures to ensure repeatability and compliance.

· Collaborate with engineering and IT support teams to optimize backend workflows.

· Produce periodic reporting to leadership on data health and conversion metrics.

· Assist with training and onboarding of new Salesforce users.

· Design, manage, and optimize SQL infrastructure.

· Develop and manage Power BI reports as a cross-functional team member.
