Job Description

Baer is looking for SAP PP Consultant with SAP QM and IBP for a 3+ month project located in Atlanta, GA

Title: SAP PP Consultant with SAP QM and IBP

Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA (3 days on site)

Duration: 3 months

Rate: All-Inclusive

Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Develop and implement SAP PP solutions aligned with business process requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and map new business processes.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SAP PP.
• Ensure integration with SAP QM, EWM, FI/CO, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Lead a team of 5–10 consultants by assigning project tasks and managing deliverables.
• Support enhancements and automation of business processes in manufacturing.
• Provide expertise in integration with planning tools such as SAP IBP and Anaplan.
• Leverage knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and related technologies.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of overall experience in SAP PP (implementation, support, and solutioning).
• Minimum 4–5 years in a lead role.
• Experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, including one S/4HANA project.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client interactions.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP.
• Integration knowledge with SAP QM, IBP, and EWM.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
• Understanding of planning systems integration (e.g., SAP IBP, Anaplan).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP Certification in PP or S/4HANA is a plus.
