Senior SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead multiple high-impact initiatives within a global enterprise environment. This role requires strong expertise in managing large-scale SAP projects, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical solutions across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee multiple concurrent SAP projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage system replacement and transformation initiatives, including tax compliance, legacy system modernization, and regional regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams across North America, EMEA, and LATAM to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies depending on project needs.
• Drive stakeholder communication, risk management, and issue resolution to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a manufacturing/regulated industry environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-region SAP projects.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
