Title: Security Operator

Location: Camden, NJ

Duration: 6 month constract to hire

Shift: 12:00am - 8:30am, Monday to Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday

Compensation : $20/hr to $22/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Junior Security Operator to join their centralized IT operations team, working onsite in Camden, NJ, five days a week. Within this team, the security monitoring unit plays a crucial role in managing, monitoring, coordinating, and responding to incidents across the enterprise.

Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring multiple facilities and site locations, including alarm systems, sensors, cameras, and access control points.
• Managing security incidents in real-time with accurate responses.
• Handling over 50 calls and several dozen alarms, providing support to the business.
• Investigating threats or security incidents reported by employees.
• Involving appropriate parties if any issues arise with the network infrastructure.
